Our services are provided in the community at least 60 percent of the time and consumers are seen on average four times per week for up to 2 hours each. However, ACT services will be person-centered and individualized so that consumers requiring daily medication management will receive that level of support and those stabilizing and requiring less support will begin to reduce contact. For consumers who are stable and moving off community supervision, The ACT team will work on graduating consumers from ACT level of care services.

Urban Integrated Health Services provides Free Standing Mental Health, Core Services, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and DUI/DWI Services
While our freestanding services are readily available to the public, our CORE services offer a more comprehensive and personalized approach. To access our CORE, you must be linked to the Department of Behavioral Health (DBH). Unlike our Freestanding services, CORE participants are assigned dedicated Community Support Workers, who guide them on a transformative journey towards self-improvement and personal growth.
MBI ACT program provides 24/7 team-based integrated, multidisciplinary, flexible treatment and support to people with severe mental illness who are more at risk of psychiatric crisis and hospitalization and involvement in the criminal justice system. We believe people receive better care when their mental health care providers work together. We have psychiatrists and nurses on the team, and we work closely with each other to best support our clients in achieving psychiatric stability. On top of that, we help our clients address every aspect of their lives, whether it be medication, therapy, social support, employment, legal issues, or housing. Our goal is to support our clients in working through their general recovery needs, developing desired skills for independent living, and achieving the best quality of life.

We provide EAP services on behalf of companies and organizations to their employees who are struggling with work-related challenges due to personal psychological issues that they may not want to disclose to their employers and colleagues ordinarily. For your staff to perform at their best, they may need support in areas such as mental health, drug and alcohol addiction, financial wellness, and more.
Prospective clients must get an employer referral that specifies the length and time frame of their sessions.
To begin the sessions, their assigned clinician will conduct an intake and assessment to ensure a good fit.
UIHS must provide timely progress updates to your employer as specified in your referral documents.
Our programming is tailored for individuals who struggle with alcohol and drug use and may need more support than regular outpatient services can offer. IOP also assists clients who have completed inpatient care and are ready to transition into the community successfully and meet the challenges of daily life on their continued journey to the paths of recovery.
Our Recovery Center partners with clients to improve their functioning and overall quality of life through sustained recovery.
Individuals ages 21 and over who are struggling with alcohol and drug use and/or need additional supportive services
Individuals who have completed residential treatment or inpatient program
Enrolled in or eligible for Medicaid and Medicare
Returning Citizens
